the tour is well worth doing, got the Norwich match ball vs inter in there. Smells of horses on one side though.

Do the Duomo, check out La Scala, and the big old wrought iron mall thing just off the main square.

Don't let the pigeon people stuff bird food in your hands in the main square. They get arsey.
