there clearly isn't going to be as big a discrepancy between what we accept and what we eventually get. And although we don't need to sell financially the booing is helping ensure we DO need to sell (the reason is surely irrellevent). We were never realistically going to get over ?1.5m and we should snap at anything close to that.
