amazing how something small is massive

Prepacked sandwiches are a good example, some can be 300 calories per pack, and others 600-800

Some things you like will surprise you by being low, and some things you think are small will be high

Look for bread that's 40 calories a slice, that can make a big difference from ones which are over a hundred
