But is there any body builders/weight lifters on here? Or people who struggle for fitness on the football pitch? About 6 month ago i become more health and exercise concious and started joggin and weight lifting. I tried a few different supplements over the last few months.. And let me tell you creatine monohydrate is brilliant stuff! in just a month i have doubled up my distance on my runs, added 10kg on my bench press, 15kg on my curls, 10kgs on my rows and added to my dumbell work outs when previous i was struggling to improve the weight, the stuff is brilliant.. would advice it to all!.. That is all.
