you would find in the USA.The Republican party over there are backwards in the extreme and the Democrats aren't hugely better in some ways.
As for the free market,a lot more needs to be done to close the gap between the poorest and richest in this country,at the moment the Lib Dems are the party which talks most passionately about this happening.
Hence,they will keep getting my vote untill eaither Labour acts like the Labour party should,or a Socialist candidate stands in my area.Highly unlikely the latter though with North East Hertfordshire being a minor seat and a safe Tory seat at that.
