We are in danger of doing a British Lions......

And starting the season without any of our first choice combinations having played any games together in the preseason friendlies and with some of our key players struggling for fitness. All I can say is its a good job that the Inter game is back on as I really feel we need the next two games in order for the team to start to gel together again ahead of the Cov game. Just have to hope that as the team is pretty much unchanged from last season it does not take them too long to get back into their stride. However Worthy must:

1. Start to put out full strength line ups in our preferred 4-4-2 formation.

2. Stop playing Hucks up front again and play him on the left where he will start the season.

3. Stop playing Charlton in midfield.

4. Sort out this right wing slot asap.

Yes its only pre-season and it doesn't really mean anything but i can't help feeling that we are a bit disjointed this summer. The injuries have been unlucky but the late introduction of the new signings has also not helped.
