The f**king human rights act is the worst thing to happen to this.......
country in terms of law and order. I think the f**king act and organizations like Liberty need scrapping at times. It really pisses me off when these do gooding lefties come out and say things like how ASBO's are an infrindgement of the offenders civil liberties and threaten to take action in the European Court of Human Rights.
Had to get that off my chest.
