not saying I think he had any human rights

just trying to inject debate , people will doubtless say he should not have been shot , even if there is proof that he was one of teh guys from Yesterday and /or was about to do something today

I have no time for any person looking to kill , they sign off all rights to anything the minute they set off IMHO
