The board is responsible for hiring Grant. I find it shocking that he didn't even need to apply and yet he is worse than Worthington. his buys are better than Worthy's (Well that last year and a half's at least), but he has no tactical knowledge, Charlton are wary of Cureton so he drops him for a player who can't score, we must have been the laughing stock of their changing room.

So everything I mentioned above is the boards fault for hiring him! - They went for the cheap option and it's going to cost a lot more in the long run!
