is quite bland, but having it drowned in vinegar is difficult to ascertain, but it's the texture of tripe that is hideous. (Shudders at the thought)
Tried most of the above, all perfectly fine... can't say I've done a goose liver though, and we were force-fed tapioca when I was a schoolboy in shorts and cap.
