They both sound so disgusting I would never try them, and

that is coming from someone who very much enjoys eating snails, crocodile, ostrich, kangaroo, shark, frogs' legs, sheep brains, sheep pancreas, iguana, pigeon, snake, octopus, marlin, smoked eel, black pudding and countless other odd foodstuffs.

The only food which almost made me hurl was goose liver. Oh, and tapioca.

But still I would not even try tripe or jellied eels.
