but was the clause a deal breaker? Can sort of understand it on Earnie, but surely we had the strength with dickson?
I know its not a bad profit, but like i said elsewhere, if the club were buying him i'd like to think they believed he had the ability to become a premiership player, and therefore worth at least £1.5m, and so should of had a higher clause.
If that alone caused him to turn us down then we should of said "thanks but no thanks".
