you're right

i thought i read that brel (as i like to call him) had turned down a lucrative new contract to get away from the rotten atmosphere at the club, but i just read this:

"The 25-year-old described sporting director Alex Koslovski as "strange".

"When we spoke about my contract he was very arrogant and I didn't like it," the former Inter Milan player added.

"Alex said to me I wasn't worth more money. He told me that at the beginning of the season, then two weeks later he came back to tell me something else.

"After our second meeting I said I wanted to stop talking with him. That was in January. I didn't want to speak with them and they didn't want to speak with me, and that's how it went from then on.

"When I left (head coach) Anatoly Korobochka said publicly that Hearts offered me a good contract. That's a joke."
