The one that sticks in my mind...

...(non-Norwich, but still) was a guy called Matt Wicks. He was a centre back I think, and Man Utd and Arsenal went to court over him when he was 16 IIRC. Ended up at Arsenal, last I saw of him he was playing non-league at only 23.
