Going to a penalty shoot out if there's a draw is ridiculous US-style moron-pleasing bollocks. Why not have a specialist team of penalty takers who come on for it? And a specialist penalty-saving keeper?

And how bonkers would it be for the Champsionship to be playing under different rules from the Prem?
