something I didn't agree with, because a draw is a fair result. So what if the team don't try to win, that's how football was evented

This penalty idea to me is trying to say that a draw is seen as a negative thing to achieve when it shouldn't be

That's why I'm either way about it.

Daft thing is, the game will only evolve to the new rule. Players of the future will all be brilliant penalty takers, just like all goal keepers now aren't dodgy at backpasses anymore
