players out of position, strikers on the wing etc etc etc

management is a simple business made difficult by the stupidity of those in the job. It makes a mokery of Fozzy on the right wing, Croft Left wing Hughes Right Back etc etc of a few weeks back - no wonder we lost (or were losing untill the formation was changed)

Its no Wonder Martin O'neil does so well, a man whom had a knack of keeping players playing where they performed best.
