...I don't think they'd have to interfere as much.

Its like the recycling thing - we're apparently 10 years short of having no landfill left, but still our waste levels are embarrassingly poor against the continent.

That's gonna be a right s**tter, when the government start charging us by waste, 'cos the same people that signed this road petition will kick off and start flytipping here, there and everywhere.
