And the real worry is teh future

speeding fines and general government interference in our lives... I just don't feel too happy about a gov who feels it needs to know it's populations every movement. I also don't see how it make us more 'green.' It will tax poor people out of driving, the rich can afford it.

Ity aklso hits all cars equally, whether SUV or micra or environmentally friendly cars..
