Academy structure changed when Morgan went

This seasons intake was from far and wide only one of under 16s signed. Under Sammy we just never seemed to look outside the catchment area which you can do at 15/16. We were never going to get a great crop from Norfolk & North Suffolk, historically there ain't that many players who've made it from here. policy now seems to have changed but it will take time.
