1) That's what you employ a manager to do. Undermines his position, in fact, turns him into head coach.
2) The fact we signed some right s**t for that cash doesn't make the system wrong, it makes the judgement wrong.
3) Can't disagree with that. But every side in the country is after cheap, young talent who will be world beaters. It isn't at all simple to uncover rough diamonds. That said, we have been generally poor at it for a while and why that is should be reviewed.
4) The academy was set up in response to the adjustments made to youth training when Mooniaruck was poached from us. Which ironically gives us one of the smallest pools in the country to pick players up from.
