my point is really based around the rle of fans and supporters

The beginning of last season we started off with 3 home draws and the crowd were on the back of the manager and board straight away, booing the players off at half time whe it was 0-0, that to me is a disgraceful attitude, but it does seem to indicitive of society today. We have all become very american in our demand for instant gratification and looking for scapegoats and blame hounds when things don't go as we expect or demand.

Coming back to this season, i find it hard to see why players would want to come to carrow road and the couldron of disinterest that it has become. One mistake and the fans are on your back, the youthful players that some demand to see will not be risked due to the manager not being prepared to cop a ton of flak if we lose.

Now this board used to be a tool for those travelling to games to find out what pubs people will be meeting so they could meet up, but now it seems to be a internet version of canary call, i.e people who used to go, people who listen to it on the radio and think that gives them the right to pick fault.

Yes Norwich are not good right now, confidence is key, confidence can not be built if the players know that some of the fans are not there to support but just waiting to jump on them.

As for the board, i have said this before, better the devil you know, there are a lot of boards that have ruined clubs, we live in a finacially tough division, where we live with 10-12 other clubs trying to do exactly the same thing, so a bit of persective is required. How many other clubs chief exec is available by email and phone, i would guess none.

True supporters are there through thick and thin, it will be interesting to see how many real fans remain if we are still in this division next season, i for one won't miss them!!
