Problems are deeper

than just the playing staff. The coaching set up needs a serious overhaul. This process has started with the departure of Webb but Grant needs to bring some new thinking to the coaching regime at the club. The summer looks the earliest opportunity to do this.

As for the playing staff, Etuhu's woeful performance yesterday highlighted the need to bring in a combative box to box central midfielder to play alongside Safri (if he stays). Watching MOTD, Etuhu's kit was the cleanest of anybody's at the end, including the subs. Said it all really.
