Eastwood

A good or bad thing, I don't know, but I have it on very good authority that eastwoods agent has had preliminary talks with both southend and us about a Jan move. There is no point trying to explain how andwho said, just that a friend of a friend is a close contact. Whether it goes any further I dont know? maybe this goes on quite often with lots of players, but I am assured that these talks have taken place.

Would he fit in our side? He's not the target man I would hope to play along side earnie, or would he replace earnie?? i hope not...
