Sack The Board!

We are in the mess we are in because of the lack of investment in the team by the board.

Ok yes we have signed a few high calibre players like Hucks and Earnie but we have papered around them with crap.

And most of the crap I am talking about were only signed because every time Nigel Worthington had a transfer target we would hear all the talk from the club that certain players want to much money etc and we would always end up signing a poorer player whilst our true targets would go on and sign for bigger richer clubs like Burnley, Derby and Stoke.

Even Ipswich brought in 3 new players at the start of the season and they are 31m in debt.

Worthy was allowed 1 - Just 1 - Lee Croft

He was not allowed to sign a target man, a centrehalf, or a new keeper, whilst the Norwich City board sold Dean Ashton and Robert Green right under his nose.

Nigel Worthington became a scapegoat for the boards glaring mistakes and lack of investment and that has been proven beyond doubt since the appointment of Peter Grant.

I remember Neil Doomcasters mention the words 'High Calibre' mentioned when we were looking for a new manager.
High Calibre? I would say totally inexperienced and out of his depth.

I believe we need to get rid of 5 players at least in January and replace them with at least 9 new faces covering all positions.

But we all know what will really happen don't we!
