Yes, i have had a feeling for a while that we are on the decline....

From 2002 untill last season there was a feeling that we were in the ascendency and that it was only a matter of time before we were promoted.

Now there is a "late 90's, Bryan Hamilton era" about the club.

Anyone else feel this?
