I have posted this before but its true

Watching Norwich at the moment is like watching a relative or close friend slowly deteriorate from a potentially terminal illness.

The board have made such a mess since we got to the premier league I almost wish we had not gone up. They have shown how they are so naive and as a result agents, other managers and Nigel Worthington have ripped them off left right and centre.

How can we be paying out premiership wages for players who are hardly even championship quality with the exception of Huckerby and Earnshaw.

I also am beginning to think that once again the board have made the wrong appointment as manager. I would love Grant to turn us around but I do not like the way he is going about it. How come we ended up with an untried manager with no experience of managing? Surely a club of our size could have attracted someone with slightly more experience. We should have expected the wrong decision from the board when you look at their track record. Rioch, Hamilton etc!

I honestly believe that the board is the problem and if we let them continue to naively go about their business we will continue on our downward spiral, which we may never recover from.
