So Hucks would play as one of the 2, which puts him nicely forward and "leftish", and both of the 2 would drop back to help the 3 when the other team had the ball. The other one of the 2 needs to be a really strong runner and tackler because with Hucks on the left, he's never going to drop back properly to make it a real 4-5-1, but if the other guy is up to it it's more like a 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 when the other team has the ball.
Leon was very good in that role, strong and full of running. I hope that Chadwick might be able to do it too.
