how anyone can still suffer from premature ejaculation whislt wearing one of these is beyone me.

Imo if you still suffer from premature ejac whilst wearing a condom you should be banned from having sex to you have learned to control yourself.

After all you wouldn't drive a car if you couldn't control the brakes...
