We have taken him from nowhere to being a "Premiership star".

I can understand if he wants to leave to play in the Premiership but to think he is better than NCFC and thus can't be arsed to perform for the team is mind boggling

You are a professional footballer contracted to play for NCFC - do you not have any profesional pride in your yourself and team to not care and not bother with the clubs most important game in a long while, arguably ever..

Even if you don't care - other teams and managers are watching - why don't you want to try to get yourself noted by other clubs - they surely are not going to go for self important players who have no passion - or has your agent told you off regardless of how you do?

Its a shame - I remember clearly the smile on his face when Robbo smacked the ball in the net versus Sheffield Utd and it really looke like we were onto something as a club and also for the players

How did it all go so sour for Francis and NCFC so quickly?
