To me

Damien Francis is Contracted to play for the greatest football in teh world - a club that we would all die to play for even for 5 minutes - this club has taken him as a relative youngster and he played in a championship winning season and a premiership season for this club

He was however part of the team that got relegated and I believe that his agent ( although all agents are the same ) has turned his head and Francis now thinks ( and judging by his performances at the back end of last season ) has thought for a while , that NCFC are not good enough for his vast talents

Well I am sorry , but although Loyalty in Football is a dirty word these days , he is under contract to us , we should not sell him , play him in the reserves for a few weeks and see if his attitude changes - bet it does , when he misses out on appearance money , win bonuses etc , and his profile is much reduced
