Just one point...

... if Dublin comes on and is the best player on the pitch what does that say? Is he automatically a bad player because he's 37? Does his age mean that the rest of the squad should be better than him? Maybe he's just can, at times, be an effective player even though he is older than most others.

Not having a go, and I'm certainly not saying that the rest of the team couldn't have been better, I just don't see how Dion's age can have anything to do with the performance of he rest of the team.
