Not sure about Doherty's sending off being "one of the most embarrassing moments"

But the sheer desperation of it did somehow encapsulate just how far we'd sunk in just two and a bit seasons. It was a sad, slow head-shaking moment rather than emberassing (although everyone else in the bar were laughing like drains)
