Managers like Penny need to be given that chance, just like Worthy and Mike Walker. If it is the right man then it can work wonders (e.g Mike Newell, Adie Boothroyd)

The board had a close relationship with Worthy, they will appoint someone who they can replicate that relationship with. So in essence, we can guess all we like, we will probably get it wrong!

If Hunter has a good run, he will get the job. So if there is no appointment in lets say the next 2 weeks, then they are giving him a run at it, in my opinion.
