As good as Smith and Jones have been for the club with their business acumen. Delia and co lack football knowledge, yet we expect them to make the right and most important footballing decision for the future of this club.

The club apparently has 'criteria' for the new manager one of which seems to be a close relationship with the board. A number of candidates for the job have been mentioned as 'close friends' with Delia including Curbishley... is that really the best for NCFC? Have lessons not been learnt (sorry for the worthyesque phraseology) from Hamilton and Worthington. A close knit club is great to a certain extent but it all appears that things may be too cosy in the house of city

Will they make the right desicion only time will tell.
