By wreck fishing I mean taking a boat above a wreck and dropping heavy pirks and lures down to it; that's certainly not banned in UK waters and fishermen do it all the time. I'm just worried about dropping a 3/4lb pirk covered in nasty treble hooks on top of some poor sod having a peaceful dive!
