...all the kids will have to stop smoking in the bike sheds, and if they don't smoke at lunchtime they'll end up shagging, leading to more single parent families living on benefits.

And all the smokers who would have died quite quickly and relatively young from lung cancer will now survive into old age, drawing pensions and suffering more and longer-lingering illnesses as well.

I think people from certain parts should be *forced* to smoke. Ipswich, maybe. Wolverhampton for sure.
