Norwich

You go to London, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Bristol, Birmingham etc. for a few months at a time and see what slums they really are - and you will see that Norwich is by far the best City in the UK by far!

The weather in Norwich is great, nice place to walk around, close to the sea, great shops, and you can walk around the city centre all day without needing a taxi between places.
