Shame players aren't given longer to prove themselves

Iwan took stick initially, Dickson absolute s**t and Hughes (we all know what he's had to put up with)

but when then come good, and another team comes in for them, we wonder why they leave us and show no loyalty lol

On the other hand Leon gets overrated due to a great debut. Where's the logic there?
