Capitalism is a system for the selfish

it is fine for you, me and many others in the Western World who can live out our fetish for commodities and enjoy a decent standard of living. But for the vast majority of the world's population it is undoubtedly exploitative and repressive. Destroying any hopes of a decent standard of living, alienating labour and undoubtedly denying the right to self determination.

Religion is on a downward trend, in the context of history it will be laughed at and ridiculed by future generations as a 2000 year phase when people were preoccupied by a fantastical fairy tale. Much in the same way that we find it amusing that people used to think the earth was flat.
