The absolute minimum is 1.5 stone per man per month and I went from 16.5 stone to 11.5 stone in just over 2 months and am finding it easy to maintain my new weight.
Also as this diet is now being used by many women they lose it a bit slower but even they can manage to lose 1/2 stone a week.
