I think it's fair to say that is a lie

I've been dieting on and off now for a few years. Gave up crisps and chocolate for a year and have lost a few stone. There is no way youc ould lose that much in 9 weeks. The most you could lose is about 2 stone and some of that would probably be muscle (unless you're stupendously obese).

To lose weight you should try kickboxing - f**king awesome. There probably isn't a club in Norwich though, so you may have to try something else.
