def write a letter to head of college explaining situation and asking why

it happened and what should be done now. If you get no luck take it higher to whatever body they are answerable to.
Also is the course you started still being run anywhere else so you can finish it, or is it not recognised? If it isn't recognised you should try to get your course fees back as you bought something that was useless.
