I logged some blocked drains

which kept flooding the road when it rained

Took a couple of gos as the first time they looked it hadn’t rained for a few days so they didn’t see an issue. 🙄 And then spoke to the most mental customer service guy ever.

But overall delighted with the result and has remained unblocked ever since. Have thought about putting up a plaque there to honour my great work
