You’ve highlighted the Sporting D / Hd Coach flaw

Does the Sporting D hire the Best Available Hd Coach?
Or does he hire a Hd Coach who has a history of working with profile of players you have signed?

We still don’t know if Kvist was actually wanted or if we felt he was just too good to turn down.
