Being 6th under the old system tends not to be much good. Hull were a freak outcome because of the spygate thing.

We need to be challenging top 2, and if we miss out and finish 3rd or 4th, we’ve got a good shot at the playoffs.

Finishing 6th, 7th or 8th won’t be good enough.

I’m a little disappointed with our transfer dealings this summer, I understand we’re constrained by wages, but I’m not convinced we’ve done enough. Will be tough to keep last seasons momentum going under the weight of expectation that comes with it.
