Allowing coaching unquestionably influences play

So this WC is being played in quarters - quite genuinely. And it's being done openly, even if the pretence was hydration (which in turn was just as ruse for more ads).

How do we feel about a change to quarters? I don't like it, instinctively, because it's a real change to the whole structure of a match. Players having to figure stuff out during the game has always been part of it. But I recognise that I can be a bit of a stick-in-the-mud.
