As an aside, I’m surprised FIFA haven’t organised an inter-federation best-of competition.

Sort of an all stars team of UEFA amd all stars teams of each of the other federations.
The question is (and one I really can’t be bothered to answer myself), who would be in the starting XI of the UEFA Allstars?
