They do allow reoffending tbf

Obviously we don’t know about this case but here was totally avoidable. Maybe the authorities thought stabbing someone twice in the stomach was just kids being kids 🤷‍♂️

The judge noted that both teenagers had committed offences of violence in the past. He said this included an incident in October 2016 when Earnshaw used a knife to stab a fellow student at his school twice in the stomach.
