Do FIFA realise?

This World Cup is being completely tarnished by cheating? Do they care? Simple solution is to have video panels handing out bans after matches for things like Van Bommel falling 20 seconds after the headbutt, Figo falling to get his man sent off, Henry holding his face after air blew in it etc etc. If a player knew he could have a 3 match ban if found guilty, i'm sure he wouldn't do it for the sake of getting a fellow pro booked and a free kick.
